How to Use the Chemistry Drawer

1. Draw 2D Structures: Use the left toolbar to select bonds (single, double, triple, aromatic) and draw your carbon skeleton. Use the right toolbar to add heteroatoms from the periodic table.

2. Apply Templates: Quickly insert complex ring structures (e.g., benzene, cyclohexane) and functional groups using the template library at the top or bottom of the interface.

3. Convert 2D to 3D: Switch to the 3D Viewer tab to see your drawn molecule rendered in WebGL. Choose between ball-and-stick, space-filling, or wireframe models, and interact with the molecule using your mouse.

4. Generate Data & Export: Calculate molecular weight, generate IUPAC names, or extract SMILES and Molfiles directly from the top menu bar. Export your final structure as an SVG or PNG for publication.
